Using Baymax

Baymax is a Windows desktop companion. The website describes features and provides release information. Account creation, partner invitations, plan selection and checkout take place inside the application.

Use automation and remote access only on computers, accounts and content you are authorised to control. Review important AI actions and outputs; AI responses can be inaccurate.

Plans and your API keys

Free includes local tasks, solo music and Groq chat with your own key. Pro enables the paid capabilities for one user. Duo covers two assigned users under one purchaser. Partner acceptance is required to form a pair.

AI usage is not included in a Baymax subscription. You are responsible for your provider account, API keys and provider usage charges. Availability can depend on your network, providers and permissions.

Subscriptions and shared access

Review the final price, taxes, billing period and renewal terms in the app before paying. A Duo seat is separate from relationship consent. Ending a relationship does not by itself cancel a purchaser’s financial subscription.

The website’s monthly prices are planning figures until verified against live billing configuration. No “unlimited AI” or uninterrupted availability promise is made.

Before these terms take effect

The legal operator, eligibility rules, licence terms, acceptable-use terms, cancellation process, dispute arrangements and effective date require owner approval. These draft notes are not a substitute for those final terms.
